Our Management Structure
Our Executive team, led by Dr. Olarotimi Oladoyinbo as our CEO, is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company. This includes setting goals and objectives, developing and implementing business plans and ensuring financial stability.
Our finance team, led by our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is responsible for managing the financial activities of our organisation and ensuring our financial health and stability. In addition to overseeing financial operations, our CFO is responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, as well as communicating financial information to stakeholders.
Our Business Development team, led by our Chief Marketing Officer, is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing sales and marketing efforts. This team ensures that we remain responsive to the evolving needs of our clients and that our consulting services remain relevant and competitive.
Our Consulting team, led by our Chief Consulting Officer, is responsible for delivering consulting services to clients, including public health strategy development, programme design, programme implementation and performance evaluation. Our team of senior consultants and other consulting personnel bring specialised expertise and skills to each project, ensuring that our clients receive tailored and effective solutions.
Finally, our Support team is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the rest of the company, including human resources, IT, finance and legal. This team ensures that our operations run smoothly and that we have the necessary resources and infrastructure to support our consulting services.
